WELCOME TO EXMOOR FARMERS


Exmoor Farmers Livestock Auctions operates the two livestock markets on Exmoor, being Cutcombe Market at Wheddon Cross and Blackmoor Gate Market near Kentisbury. In addition we provide a full land agency and valuation service to a large number of clients throughout the area being involved in property sales and management, together with a broad range of services to all types of rural property owners. We also conduct a variety of other sales including on-farm dispersals, as well as regular poultry and miscellaneous auctions. Since the beginning of 2011 we also operate the market at Tavistock on the southwest borders of Dartmoor in association with Ward & Chowen of Tavistock.

The Exmoor area is well known for producing quality store stock and from our regular sales throughout the year we have a range of store cattle, suckled calves, breeding cattle together with store and breeding sheep available.

Exmoor Farmers was formed in 1997 and is a farmer owned company with approximately 180 mainly farmer shareholders from throughout the area.
