TAVISTOCK MARKET

Exmoor Farmers have since January 2011 operated the market at Tavistock on the West side of Dartmoor, in association with Messrs. Ward & Chowen of Tavistock. Monthly sales of cattle and sheep are held with an increased frequency of sales for the busy autumn period. Sales are held on behalf of the Galloway Society, special sales also for the South West Mule Group and the West of England Scotch Blackface Sheep Breeders Association and Blue Faced Leicester Society.
