LOT 2 - GREENHAM

GREENHAM NEAR WELLINGTON


A single parcel extending to 12.65 acres of amenity pastureland which is mainly flat adjacent to the river with parts then rising and becoming undulating on the west side of the field.  The land has the benefit of river frontage along its western edge where water for stock is readily available, a spring also rises within the field.  A second water source is available in the form of a spring which rises in the northeastern former of the land.  The boundary fences are all intact.  The land is listed as Grade 3 and has been used to claim Basic Payment Scheme this year and entitlements will be transferred to the successful purchaser.

Fishing rights are in hand for single bank fishing on the River Tone and shooting rights are also in hand.
